10% Labour Discount – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details

• Customers will receive 10% off labour costs only when using promo code SAVE10JAN.

• The discount does not apply to any materials, products, fixtures, fittings, hardware, or supplies used or fitted as part of the job.

• All materials are charged at the full standard rate.

2. Eligibility

• Offer applies to new quotations only and cannot be added to existing or previously accepted quotes.

• Available to residential and commercial customers within the UK unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Redeem

• Customers must provide promo code SAVE10JAN before the quotation is finalised.

• The discount will be applied solely to the labour portion of the written quote or invoice.

• The promo code cannot be applied retroactively after a quote has been accepted.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

• Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

• Applies only to labour carried out directly by Taylor Alexander Joinery.

• Subcontracted work is excluded from this promotion.

• Does not apply to emergency call-outs or urgent same-day bookings unless formally agreed.

5. Changes to the Scope of Work

• Any additional work requested after the initial quotation will be billed at standard rates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• The discount applies only to the originally quoted labour.

6. Validity Period

• Valid from 1st January 2026 to 30th January 2026.

• Promo code SAVE10JAN expires at 23:59 on 30th January 2026.

• Taylor Alexander Joinery reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

7. Payment & Cancellations

• Standard payment terms apply.

• Any cancellation fees or material costs already incurred are not subject to the discount.

8. Abuse or Misuse

• Taylor Alexander Joinery reserves the right to refuse the discount if misuse, misrepresentation, or unreasonable behaviour is suspected.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
