CALS COFFEE SIGN

IDEA

Cal’s Coffee is a new mobile coffee van! Only on the scene two months - I thought it might be a nice idea to put together a new sign so people could spot him if driving past car parks etc.

CONCEPT 

Nothing fancy. Just a simple, clean sign featuring his logo and an interchangeable arrow to make the sign usable which ever location he is at!

PRODUCTION

With help from a colleague I had my simple, (but slightly crap), sketch imputed into a CAD drawing to have the design cut into some Birch Ply by the CNC machine.

A simple spray of grey paint in the recessed logo followed by a sand, made the lettering pop against the colour of the board. 

Follow this with an oil, hinges, latch and the sign was finished!
